Everything you need to know about SENTIQUO and what to expect.

    Regulatory Coverage

SENTIQUO is being built to support FCA high-risk financial promotion and onboarding requirements, including:
    • RMMI appropriateness assessments
    • NMMI investor categorisation and preliminary suitability
    • Personalised risk warnings
    • Cooling-off and reconfirmation flows
    • Audit-grade record keeping
(Primarily COBS 4.12A/B/C and COBS 10 onboarding rules.)Learn more about how these apply in practice: Appropriateness vs Suitability · FCA High-Risk Promotion Rules

Our rule engine and templates will be updated when FCA guidance or supervisory expectations change. Updates will be versioned, with full change logs for your compliance review.

For RMMI flows, the platform will trigger FCA-compliant risk warnings and proceed only with explicit acknowledgement. For NMMI flows, access will be blocked if eligibility or loss-bearing checks fail. See our guide on appropriateness vs suitability for a detailed breakdown of how each assessment type handles failures.

No. We provide technology and structured workflows. Final regulatory interpretation and responsibility remain with your firm.

    Platform & Workflows

SENTIQUO is designed to provide the infrastructure and rule execution layer. Your compliance team defines policy and signs off. The platform will ensure assessments, warnings, gating and evidence collection are implemented correctly and consistently.

Default question sets and scoring logic will be provided, and you'll be able to adjust wording, thresholds, and escalation rules to match your compliance policy.

    Every step will be logged:
    • What the user saw
    • What they answered
    • What decision logic ran
    • Timestamped journey events
Evidence will be immutable and exportable for FCA supervisory requests.

All audit evidence and compliance records will be exportable in standard formats (CSV, JSON) for regulatory submissions or internal review.

    Security & Data

Security is a core design principle. SENTIQUO is being built with encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and full audit logging. Infrastructure will be hosted on enterprise-grade UK cloud providers. We are committed to meeting the security standards expected by regulated financial services firms.

SENTIQUO will collect only the data necessary for compliance processing: investor responses, timestamps, and decision outcomes. All data will be encrypted at rest and in transit. We will never sell or share your data with third parties.

    Integration

SENTIQUO will offer embeddable UI components and APIs. You'll keep your customer journey — we'll handle the compliance logic underneath.

We anticipate most platforms will be able to integrate core onboarding flows in 2–4 weeks, depending on customisation requirements.

Our embeddable components will be fully stylable to match your brand. Your customers will interact with a seamless experience that looks and feels like part of your platform.
