1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the SENTIQUO platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Description of Services
SENTIQUO provides AI-powered compliance automation tools for FCA-regulated fintechs and investment platforms. Our Services include suitability assessments, appropriateness tests, financial promotion compliance, and related analytics and reporting features.
3. Account Registration
To access the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Use the Services for any purpose other than compliance management
5. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by SENTIQUO Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Payment Terms
Fees for the Services are set forth in your subscription agreement. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the payment terms. We reserve the right to change our fees upon thirty (30) days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SENTIQUO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While our platform is designed to assist with regulatory compliance, it does not constitute legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within thirty (30) days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
